- Defective Product Clause: If the product is claimed as defective, we cover the return shipping. Upon inspection, if the item is found non-defective, no refund or compensation will be issued. Accuracy in claims ensures fairness in our policy.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personal Care Products: Due to hygiene and health safety standards, we do not accept returns on used personal care products, including beauty items. This policy is to ensure the highest level of product integrity and customer safety, as these products are directly applied to the skin.
